Handsome 8 year old, 14.2 hh Bay/Appy, rump blanket and hypo allergenic, excellent feet (no shoes), UTD on shots, Coggins and dental. Casey is registered with the North American Curly Horse Registry.

Casey has spent the past year in a herd of eight owned by a professional horseman, riding instructor and trainer. He has a solid foundation on the ground, under saddle, has participated in our riding lesson program and does well at ground driving. His confidence, experience and education make him an excellent choice for the arena or trails. Casey has been ridden English and Western and goes well bit less in just a halter, a hackamore or with a snaffle. If you are looking for a trail safe horse with LOTS OF TRAINING, lovely, slow, smooth trot, solid, sound and schooled, look no further!

This calm, happy boy comes to you willingly with no need to “catch” him and nickers when he sees you coming out to meet him. He is curious, trusting, engaged and makes a great friend and partner. He stands untied for saddling, farrier (willingly offers feet), loads willingly into a trailer and has no vices. He has been ridden in clinics with Craig Cameron and Leslie Desmond. This quiet horse stands still for mounting and waits for the rider’s request. While riding, if the rider starts to get off while in motion, he has been taught to stop. He stops, backs and goes forward from just seat cues (no kicking needed), moves the front around the back, the back around the front, side passes, leg yields and is learning spins. He has a lot to offer a beginner, intermediate or advanced rider!
