You cannot find a friesian cross for this price anywhere. Ally is a beautiful Friesian/Morgan cross. Sculpted Friesian face, nicely built, lots of mane and tail. Ally was ridden trails extensively in her early days, then purchased to be used as a broodmare, but never ended up being bred. She was left on her own in a pasture for a few years, and I purchased her to be part of my breeding program last August. Ally has a kind eye and a very sweet disposition, but is a tiny bit shy. As soon as she settles in she is very affectionate. I have ridden Ally several times in the time I have had her, she never offers to rear or buck, no hopping, head tossing or other vices. Her only other real issue is she does not stand still well for mounting, unless being held. If she is held she is stock still. She bathes, grooms and tacks up nicely, stands fine for a trim, has rock hard black hooves and I have not had her shod, nor was she shod by her previous owner. Ally is a very special horse and will make a wonderful ride and companion for someone who is looking for a horse to have the special bond with. I absolutely hate to part with her, but the current state of the recession forces me to do so. May be open to trades on geldings only.
