Henry has had hands on since birth. He won his class as a weanling at our fair and went on to take Champion class. He's a bit shy as mules can be, but is interested. He comes when you call his name. He has trailered since birth to go to farrier. He's pretty good getting feet done, until he's tired. Usually that last hoove. We just give him time to settle down. With a little more time he'll be fine. Henry is a momma's boy. He and his Dam are very close. Princess (his registered AMHA mommy) is show quality and produces lovely foals. She is 19 this spring and could probably be bred one more time. She is very pretty, but hard to catch. Have to bring her into stall. Once she's caught she is great! She even stands for shots good. No big deal. Does feet no problem. She has always won Saddle type Champion mare in our Fair, every year since she came here as a 6 year old. I would consider letting them both go together, but keep in mind Henry LOVES his momma. So, that may not be a good idea if you ever want to break him. She calls for him when you take him out. Henry has been in harness once and took it all in stride. He has a handsome face, and lovely long neck. He's grey with strawberry down his back and hip in the summer. To great long term home only, NO horse dealers. Prefer Mule person who can train a young one.
