Description

Rebel is a 2011 black GOV colt by Rosenthal, out of an approved TB mare. He went to his inspection in August this year and very calm and cool through to whole day. This beautifully refined and elegant colt has his sire’s pretty head and neck and is overall very correct in his conformation. Should mature to at least 16.2, both his half siblings on the farm will be over 16.1 out of the same mare. Will do well in-hand and should excel in the Hunter or Dressage ring. He is a very pretty mover and is already showing interest in jumping. He does possess three quality gaits that would allow him to do well in the Dressage Ring. He is very brave and inquisitive, and usually can be found walking way ahead of his mother and getting into anything and everything he can. With his go-gettem attitude he may even be a good candidate for an upper level Event horse. He is currently getting his foundation work done getting him ready to show in-hand. He will be weaned by Sept/Oct and ready to go out and show for you. Don’t miss this opportunity to own such a nice Rosenthal baby.
Rebel’s sire Rosenthal, by the famous sire Rubenstein, was licensed in 2006 for GOV. In 2003 he was shown in-hand and ended the year as the USDF Horse of the year with a score of 80.9%. He was purchased from Gudela Vorwerk, the owner of Rubinstein, and imported from Germany. He is well known for passing on his Type and Movement to his foals and has get are winning all over the country in-hand and under saddle.
