Dream Copper Hawk is a Registered POA gelding. Copper was foaled on 4/27/2001 so he just turned 8
years old. He is 56 inches or 14hh. Copper will go english or western. He will walk, trot, canter,
and back. Copper has really nice comfortable gaits. He is light on the mouth and moves off of leg
aids. He is even learning to neck rein. He has a really nice jump on him and he absolutely loves it.
He will jump anything that you point him at. He is consistent over the jumps. He won't pull you over
or get strong over jumps. He is a bit rusty at coming into a nice frame but definitely knows how to
do it. Copper was ridden primarily by a 7 year old girl. He is super willing and moves around the
ring without the slightest objection. He is very smart and once he knows what you are asking of him
he is happy to do it. He can be ridden on a loose rein and does not need to be held back, however it
is not difficult to get him going either. He is great on the trail and would probably be a great
cross country pony. He goes through anything on the trail you ask to. You can hold him back while
other horses go ahead without him getting upset. He will walk to and from the barn on a loose rein.
He is quiet for saddling, grooming, trimming, leading, cross tie, and trailing. He is a really sweet
boy that I think could really take someone far in the show ring. He would be excellent for lessons,
4H, pony circuit, hunter jumper, english equitation, etc. $6,500
