So here's the deal. I have a fabulous mare, coming 7 this July, 15.1H. Very well broke, great ground manners, well behaved around other horses, dogs, cats, kids, tractors, quads, dirt bikes, airplanes, trains, pretty much everything! I can't say enough good about this mare! I have had her almost 2 years and she is truly a wonderful horse. So, why sell her? We have 2 four year olds that require a lot of time and training, and she doesnt get the attention she deserves. She is still ridden 1-2 each week and has been all winter, so she is in good shape and no bad habits. Ready to hit the trails or the arena, or BOTH! Does it all and does it well!

I think she would be ok for a confident advanced beginner (she does have some speed, so might intimidate a less confident rider). My 12yr old daughter rides her fine. She will collect up and give you the slower gates, but she really prefers a faster pace. Would be an awesome 4H, OHSET/WAHSET, drill team, reining or cutting horse. Could be your standard trail horse too, as she crosses water/bridges/tarps/logs etc without any problem. In fact she loves trails. I have ridden her in drill team practices (no competitions) and she does great. For those who need to know everything: she walk/trot/canters/sidepass/haunch/forhand turns/stop/backs etc. Loads in a slant or straight load trailer, bathes and clips with patience. Good by herself or with other horses. Not marish. Great with her feet, standing quietly tied or at liberty, good for saddling/bridling/mounting. Ride with a saddle or without. My priority is that she go to a fabulous home that will not only love her, but USE her. She is WAY too nice of a horse to sit around! She is very athletic and has alot of endurance. Learns quickly and easily and doesn't get overly stressed out in the process. Very willing and loving horse. The terms..... I have a couple of options.

1. To sell her outright I want $3500 for her...way under value, but the market makes it hard! Priority is a GREAT home!
2. Up to $1500 trade value of a nice 15" show saddle with $2000 cash.
3. Will trade Montana plus our 2horse straight load (that she loads in) for a 2-3 horse slant/stock trailer. Your trailer must be worth at least $4500, as that is the bottom price I would get out of Montana and our trailer. If your trailer is of lesser value, obviously your trailer plus cash.
4. I will accept payments with $2000 down. I keep all registration paperwork until paid in full.
5. May be open to other options...
