Description

I've had Kody since he was born. In fact he and my daughter are one day apart in age. He is 10 years old and very flashy. My 10 yr old daughter has been using him recently in 4H drills. He does fine in the arena. But I don't have time to work with him to teach him the barrel pattern. His only flaw is that he is moon blind in his right eye, but he neck reins and responds to leg pressure. He see's shadows, but with a confident rider who knows the ques he does fine. He is utd on shots, negative coggins. He loads but with his eye new trailers make him a bit of a challenge, loves baths (He drinks from the hose), and stands for the farrier. His only vice is that eye which on the trail can make him a little wary. Never uncontrollable however. He's a wonderful horse and the only reason I'm giving him up is to buy my daughter a more seasoned barrel horse to help her learn. Please call for more info.
