Description

Now available for sale a gorgeous,seasoned red dun stocky built mare named Maggie. She is the perfect mount for a younger child, older adult or anyone in between that wants a safe, sane and willing horse to pack them around the ring or down the trail. This is a mare that has the disposition of a gelding. Very steady, sweet and easy to work with and take care of.
Markings: Star, strip and snip. left fore half pastern white. Right hind pastern white. Dorsal Stripe. Transverse stripe over withers.
Has had professional training in through Hank Clason Quarter Horses in Medina, OH. She has been shown extensively over the last 10 years in western pleasure, english pleasure, showmanship and horsemanship. More ribbons and highpoints than I can list in the ad. Has been on the Ohio circuit and done well for herself. She has been ridden by a beginner youth at show and in the tougher advanced classes.
Very quiet and forgiving to new riders. Easy to ride and consistent with her cues and impeccable ground manners. She's a versatile mare that has done lessons and worked with special needs children. A relaxing trail riding mount. Doesn't need to be ridden every day to be a kind and quiet mount. No bad habits or vices and up to date on all vet and regular care, loads, clips, bathes, braids- a horse even a child could get ready for show with a little help.
