Description

"Dusty Dancin" is a 19 year old AQHA racing bred bay mare. Don't let her age fool you, she has lots of life left in her, and she looks and acts like she is at least 10 years younger. She was raced when she was younger then was used as a broodmare. She is broke to ride and handles well but she is not for a beginner (she has A LOT of go and is a lot of horse to handle). We do not know her full history, but she has run barrels in the past and she has lots of speed. For a very experienced rider, she could probably still compete, but we think she would make a better broodmare, simply because of her age. She is completely sound and easy to handle and shoe. She is bred to run, and would make an excellent broodmare for barrel racing prospects. Her sire was "Gray Dancer" who had a speed index of 98, who goes back to "Native Dancer" and "Joe Reed". Her dam was "Dustyetta" who goes back to "Black Charge" on the top and "Golddust Shoemaker" on the bottom. Dusty is just a really nice mare that is well built and well bred.
