WE HAVE DECIDED TO KEEP THIS WONDERFUL HORSE - sorry

This flashy palomino mare is looking for a confident new rider to take her to the dressage and hunter/jumper shows. Tarabar is a sweet and friendly mare who loves to work. She is currently schooling First Level dressage with an amateur adult, and jumping around 2’3” with a junior rider (up to 2'9" with a confident rider). She is solid in her basic movements: haunches in/out, shoulder in/out, leg yield, half pass, turn on forehand/haunches, flying lead changes and counter canter. She is clever, learns quickly and is willing and capable of doing so much more. She has been in part-time training this winter (which will continue) and getting fit for the 2010 show season, starting in April. She also has a background in Pony Club (to D2) and Eventing (over 3’). She would be a very fun mount for a confident youth or adult amateur.

Tarabar tries hard to please, will try just about anything you ask, she is great on trail rides, is not spooky, lunges well, and free jumps. She has good manners, is easy to load, clip, bath etc, and is good for the vet and farrier. She is in excellent health and up to date on all shots, teeth, feet, deworming, etc. She has good feet (unshod) and is an easy keeper. Her 17.5" Schleese saddle is available separately.
