Description

Gertie is gentle mare who loves to be brushed. She would be content with someone who comes out and pets her on a regular basis. Gertie is an awesome trail horse will go though everything. She prefers to ride alone or in a smaller group (10 or so) But we have rode her in a large trail ride with 35 horses and she did great. Gertie has been driven before but i would not call her broke in that field. I would love to see her go to a home that will use her as a trail horse if she did go to that home i would say that she needs an a confident rider. Otherwise like I said she would love a home anywhere as long as she gets attention. She is an easy keeper, she only needs her feet done a couple times a year. They never chip or grow slowly. She has had no health problems that i am aware of. Gertie also does just fine on pasture or hay.
