New England Chablis is a mare of exceptional quality. True to her superior bloodlines and namesake, Chablis is pure charm that is packed with a willingness to learn and please. Not only does a Shire of this color rarely come along, but add to that the ultimate in high-class manners and a charismatic and wholesome nature.

Chablis is an ASHA Registered mare (24466) and is out of Sparkland Jen by Red Brae Duke. She successfully foaled a wonderful black with 4 whites & blaze filly in April 2011 and is an excellent broodmare as well.

Chablis walks out nicely forward; with trust and confidence. She willingly ground drives around the farm and is a fun horse to ride out on the trail. Chablis is solid walk/trot undersaddle with a start on lateral and canter work. Along with showing promise for dressage and as a sporthorse; Chablis's willingness to travel with ease through the woods, trails, and obstacle course, also makes her a prime contender for performance in carriage and cart.

Chablis is crowding 17.3 and is super sane and sound with excellent hoof quality and correct bone and angles. She is a mare that is totally content out and about no matter where we take her. She is not herd bound in the least and fully enjoys her outings. Chablis is a most pleasurable mare to have around and work with. We have used her for beginner lessons on grooming and harness work and she is a farm favorite. Suffice to say, Chablis is a mare that will not disappoint in any way.

Chablis has had her wolf teeth removed and is UTD on EWT, WNV, EHV1/4, deworming, dental, etc. She is the ultimate in vet and farrier friendly as well! Please call or email for additional photos and information. Offers considered.
