Description

Maddy is a beautiful seal bay almost black, 20 year old registered TB mare with a brief racing and polo history. Her lineage can be traced back to the great Man O' War. Maddy is extremely sweet, lovable, gentle and trusting. It would be very easy for someone to create a strong bond with her. Her stunning appearance and excellent ground manners would make her great for 4H showing if the proper time was invested in her. Or she could be a great companion for a lonely horse. Pictures will not do justice she really is a stunning horse and I will hate to see her go but I can no longer afford to keep her. Maddy needs someone who will be as devoted to her as she will be to them. Maddy has recently injured her rump/tail so only time will tell if she can be ridden again. She does however have a beautiful custom fit engllish saddle as well as other tack and items that will go with her, and was a very easy ride before her injury. Maddy is proven safe around children and adults alike. She also has no problem with dogs being around. She is a very easy keeper, had a negative coggins 01/2009, is UTD on shots, and is very good for the ferrier and vet. Maddys registered name is "Little Suz" you can look her up through the Jockey Club website but I also have her original birth certificate.
